ANWAR & SONS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our finance team in Rawalpindi. The Finance Associate will primarily focus on daily banking operations, accounts payable management, expense tracking, and financial reporting to support the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Banking Operations: Manage daily banking activities and maintain effective relationships with banking partners.
- Accounts Payable: Verify invoices, ensure timely payments, and assist in managing vendor relations.
- Expense Management: Track, reconcile, and optimize company expenses to enhance operational efficiency.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports for actionable insights.
- Financial Close: Support the month-end and year-end financial closing process to maintain financial accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to company goals and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking operations, accounts payable, or finance-related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is required.
- Skills: Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset, ability to analyze financial data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative attitude to work effectively with team members.
