We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our growing team at i2c Inc. As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, advanced proficiency with financial tools (including Oracle EPM), and a history of working within multinational environments. Your work will directly support senior leadership by ensuring financial insights are accurate, insightful, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have a broad range of responsibilities centered on driving financial transparency and decision-making across the organization:
- Financial Reporting & Presentations: Prepare, review, and present accurate monthly financial reports and key financial metrics for senior management and business stakeholders. Ensure timely and reliable reporting.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in creating detailed budgets, manage financial forecasts, and develop financial models that help guide business planning and monitor performance.
- Data Consolidation & Validation: Collaborate with different departments to gather, consolidate, and validate financial data, ensuring its accuracy and alignment across the organization.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze and report financial variances. Proactively propose actions to minimize discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvements.
- IT Enablement & Automation: Lead the Oracle EPM implementation project, focusing on automating reporting and dashboarding through data integration and adding relevant dimensions for improved real-time insights.
- SWOT & Competitor Analysis: Perform regular benchmarking and competitor analysis to gauge financial performance, market growth, and industry trends.
- Investment Appraisals & Valuations: Oversee investor relations, ensuring clear communication of financial performance forecasts. Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and perform investment appraisals. Evaluate pricing strategies for SaaS and transaction-based companies.
- Cost Optimization: Lead cost optimization initiatives, assessing products and services through cost/benefit analysis to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide financial insights and collaborate with various teams to support data-driven decision-making across the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience:
- Education:
- Preferably ACA/ACCA qualified
- CA Finalist with considerable experience
- Master’s in Finance/Accounting from a reputable institute
- Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of FP&A experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Total 5-6 years of experience in a senior financial role
- Articleship completed with a reputable audit firm, preferably
- Experience with financial modeling, P&L management, budgeting, and variance analysis in multinational environments
- Skills & Proficiencies:
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and pivot tables
- Proficiency with BI Tools, Oracle EPM (or similar tools)
- Strong financial analysis and forecasting capabilities
- Deep understanding of cost optimization techniques
- Experience in SWOT analysis, competitor benchmarking, and financial performance assessment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
