Responsibilities
- Collect and reconcile hotel room receipts after client check-outs, ensuring charges align with booking information.
- Maintain organized and well-tracked client and financial records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with clients, hotel partners, and internal teams.
- Process high volumes of receipts efficiently, managing electronic documents through Windows file folder systems and web-based databases.
- Enhance operational processes and create efficiencies in coordination with finance and operations teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years in customer service or call center roles.
- Prior experience with travel reservation systems is an asset.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to interpret and organize diverse streams of information.
- Judicious decision-making with the capacity to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with the ability to establish productive relationships with coworkers, clients, and partners.
