Responsibilities

As an HR cum Admin Manager, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • HR Functions: Oversee and manage the end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisals, and employee relations.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies related to employee benefits, payroll, and workplace standards.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Handle payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Administration: Manage office operations, including coordinating schedules, events, and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain confidential employee records, including personnel files and performance data.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in HR management, office administration, and handling employee relations functions.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and employee management tools.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to make informed decisions and handle complex situations efficiently.
