NSOL BPO is looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be pivotal in the recruitment process, managing it from start to finish while ensuring an excellent and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Attracting Candidates

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.
  • Use various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking to source candidates.
  • Post job advertisements on multiple platforms to generate interest and applications.

Screening & Interviewing

  • Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department leads.
  • Evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit for the company.

Candidate Experience

  • Provide timely and clear feedback to candidates during the hiring process.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience from application to onboarding.
  • Support new employees during their induction and training process.

Data & Compliance

  • Track recruitment metrics and analyze performance to improve the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Collaboration with Hiring Teams

  • Work closely with department leads to understand recruitment needs.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers to improve selection techniques and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in the recruitment process.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and best HR practices.
    • Ability to work independently and handle a full recruitment cycle efficiently.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • HR certification or completion of an internship in HR is a plus.
    • Experience in Technical Learning or specific industry-related knowledge.
