Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day operations.
    • Assist in maintaining effective and efficient workflows within the HR department.
  2. Policy Implementation:
    • Implement and manage company-wide HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the development and revision of policies as required.
  3. HRMS Management:
    • Oversee the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring optimal utilization for processes like performance management, annual reviews, and leave tracking.
    • Collaborate on system implementation and improvements.
  4. Employee Support and Data Management:
    • Respond to employee inquiries, offering support or guidance as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRMS.
  5. Employee Onboarding/Offboarding:
    • Manage end-to-end processes for onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company standards.
  6. Performance and Timesheet Verification:
    • Verify monthly timesheets, cross-referencing with leave records for accuracy and policy adherence.
    • Support performance evaluation processes, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
  7. Benefits Administration:
    • Assist with benefits administration and ensure effective record-keeping.
    • Educate employees about available benefits and address queries as needed.
  8. Recruitment Assistance:
    • Support the recruitment process, including job posting, initial screening, and interview scheduling.
  9. HR Initiatives:
    • Engage in the implementation of new HR initiatives and systems to enhance departmental efficiency.
    • Contribute to the groundwork for introducing new HR modules aligned with business needs.
  10. HR Communications:
  • Prepare and deliver HR-related communications and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a software/IT company.
    • Familiarity with HR processes like policy implementation, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Proficiency in using and implementing HRMS systems.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across departments.
    • Analytical skills to manage data and provide insights for decision-making.
