Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day operations.
- Assist in maintaining effective and efficient workflows within the HR department.
- Policy Implementation:
- Implement and manage company-wide HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and revision of policies as required.
- HRMS Management:
- Oversee the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring optimal utilization for processes like performance management, annual reviews, and leave tracking.
- Collaborate on system implementation and improvements.
- Employee Support and Data Management:
- Respond to employee inquiries, offering support or guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRMS.
- Employee Onboarding/Offboarding:
- Manage end-to-end processes for onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company standards.
- Performance and Timesheet Verification:
- Verify monthly timesheets, cross-referencing with leave records for accuracy and policy adherence.
- Support performance evaluation processes, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist with benefits administration and ensure effective record-keeping.
- Educate employees about available benefits and address queries as needed.
- Recruitment Assistance:
- Support the recruitment process, including job posting, initial screening, and interview scheduling.
- HR Initiatives:
- Engage in the implementation of new HR initiatives and systems to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Contribute to the groundwork for introducing new HR modules aligned with business needs.
- HR Communications:
- Prepare and deliver HR-related communications and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a software/IT company.
- Familiarity with HR processes like policy implementation, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in using and implementing HRMS systems.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across departments.
- Analytical skills to manage data and provide insights for decision-making.
