As a Human Resources Development Officer at DairyLac, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- HR Development Initiatives: Managing and implementing HR programs that focus on skills development, career growth, and organizational improvement.
- Training & Development: Design and coordinate training programs for employees at various levels to enhance productivity, efficiency, and skills in line with organizational goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess and evaluate employee performance, identify developmental needs, and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Employee Engagement: Work closely with employees to foster an environment of engagement, ensuring they receive adequate support for personal and professional growth.
- Policy Formulation: Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies that promote a productive and positive working environment.
- Collaboration with Departments: Partner with management teams to ensure alignment of HR development activities with broader business objectives and strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training, assessments, and employee development outcomes to provide insights and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in Training & Development, HR management, or human resource development is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve HR development processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple programs and activities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
