Meta Melon Official is seeking a dedicated and driven Human Resources Executive to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing HR management functions, including employee relations, policy development, and HR operations. As a Human Resources Executive, you will work on a range of activities that enhance organizational culture, resolve employee concerns, and contribute to the company’s HR strategy. The ideal candidate should have a background in HR management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters.


Key Responsibilities

  • HR Management: Oversee daily HR activities and help in the development and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, leave management, and other administrative HR tasks.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company HR policies and create new policies where necessary, addressing employee welfare and performance management.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and career development.
  • HR Systems Management: Use HR software and systems to manage data, performance reviews, and employee benefits.
  • Confidentiality: Handle all HR-related information with the utmost confidentiality, maintaining employee privacy and protecting sensitive data.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in HR management, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and HR operations.
    • Proficient in HR systems and software (e.g., HRIS).
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with various employee issues.
    • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Certifications (Preferred but not required):
    • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
