Mergestack is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team in Lahore. As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting HR operations and recruitment processes, gaining invaluable experience in the field. This internship offers excellent exposure to various HR functions, with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time position based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Employee Data Management:
- Update internal databases with new employee information and employment forms.
- Job Postings & Recruitment Support:
- Manage the posting, updating, and removal of job advertisements on various platforms including job boards, career pages, and social media networks.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate and confirm interview schedules with prospective candidates.
- Interview Process Support:
- Assist in the interview process, including sending interview results to candidates.
- HR Operations Assistance:
- Support HR in-house operations, contributing to various HR-related tasks as needed, including employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internships and any relevant experience will be a plus.
- Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong computer and internet research skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
