Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with recruitment processes, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to foster positive employee engagement, satisfaction, and development.
- HR Documentation & Records: Manage HR documentation, ensure proper record-keeping, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- HR Operations: Contribute to daily HR operations and support in various HR projects as required by the team.
