Universal Study Advisors Pakistan is a prominent study abroad consultancy that specializes in assisting students with pursuing higher education opportunities in the UK, Canada, Europe, and other global destinations. We offer personalized and expert consultancy services to make the process of studying abroad both accessible and rewarding. We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team and help support the growth and success of the company’s human resources functions. This is a full-time on-site position based in Faisalabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee and manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to final selection, to ensure that the company attracts and hires qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential talent to meet the organization’s future needs.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting healthy employer-employee relations and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Organize team-building activities and maintain employee engagement through effective communication and feedback channels.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Ensure the company remains compliant with local labor laws, industry regulations, and best HR practices.
- Review and update employee handbooks and documentation on company policies.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and implementation of employee training programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Design and oversee employee performance management programs and ensure employee goals align with company objectives.
- Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Oversee the employee compensation and benefits system, ensuring fairness and market competitiveness.
- Manage and process payroll in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Employee Wellness and Safety:
- Promote wellness programs and maintain a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Keep and maintain accurate records of all HR processes and actions taken.
- Provide HR reports to senior management, outlining recruitment, performance management, and employee welfare data.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in HRM or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources management, with demonstrated success in recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.
- Experience in the education or consultancy sector is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to work with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations, training program development, and employee wellbeing strategies.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
