Times Travel is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee-related processes, from recruitment and onboarding to ensuring employees’ satisfaction with pay and benefits. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s HR functions and promote a positive workplace culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, from posting job ads to interviewing candidates and supporting new hires during the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Develop and implement programs that improve employee relations and job satisfaction.
- Compensation & Benefits: Ensure all employees receive correct pay and benefits. Deliver regular compensation and benefits comparison reports to the executive team.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all HR processes align with national laws, regulations, and company policies, promoting health and safety, equality, and well-being.
- Advisory Role: Advise executives on salary structures, redundancy plans, and key employment law issues.
- Confidential Information: Record and process confidential employee-related information in line with legal requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR role is preferred (1-3 years).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, benefits, and payroll management.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software/tools.
