slverlight.co is looking for skilled External Recruiters to join our remote team on a commission-based, part-time contract. If you have HR experience, particularly in recruitment, and are looking for a flexible opportunity, this role is ideal for you. You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent for various positions, building a strong pipeline of candidates, and helping to meet our client’s hiring needs. The compensation is commission-based, offering substantial earning potential based on successful candidate submissions and placements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
    Identify, source, and screen candidates that match role requirements, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline for various roles.
  • Communication with Hiring Managers:
    Present candidates to hiring managers and maintain ongoing communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development:
    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Process Management:
    Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring efficient processes and successful candidate placements.
  • Networking:
    Utilize your networking skills to attract and engage top talent across various industries.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Minimum 6 months of HR experience, preferably in recruitment. A proven track record of successful recruitment and candidate sourcing is highly desired.
  • Skills:
    Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential to engage candidates and clients effectively.
  • Education (Preferred):
    A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is preferred, though not required.
  • Freshers Welcome:
    Fresh graduates with a keen interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Structure:

  • $5 per endorsed candidate after the first submission.
  • $20 per hire after reaching 10 submissions in a month.
  • $20 per credit for the first 3 credits per hire.
  • Total compensation: $85 per candidate once targets are met.

This commission-based structure allows you to earn based on your performance, providing high earning potential for driven recruiters.
