We are seeking an Oracle ERP Trainee – HCM to join our team in Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about Oracle ERP systems, specifically Human Capital Management (HCM) processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle ERP Support: Assist in day-to-day tasks related to Oracle ERP systems, with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
- System Maintenance: Support the implementation and management of HCM modules, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
- Data Management: Assist in maintaining data accuracy within the system, ensuring HR processes align with business needs.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve system-related issues and provide support to internal teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure HCM processes integrate seamlessly with other business functions.
- Learning and Development: Gain hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems and the HCM suite to enhance knowledge and proficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-6 months of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems, particularly in HCM modules (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM (Human Resource Management) or any relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems or similar software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
