We are looking for a Senior Executive Human Resources to join our team at our Lahore office. Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Management and Operations:
    • Oversee daily HR operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the HR department, including staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee services.
    • Implement effective HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Handle employee relations issues, including disputes and grievances, ensuring smooth conflict resolution and maintaining a positive working environment.
    • Promote a healthy work culture through open communication channels and foster positive employee relations throughout the company.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management:
    • Manage recruitment efforts to attract, interview, and hire skilled talent to meet organizational needs.
    • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring all new hires are successfully integrated into the company.
  • Compliance and Legal:
    • Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
    • Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and industry trends to ensure the organization’s HR policies remain compliant and competitive.
  • Training & Development:
    • Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs and implement effective programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Manage the performance appraisal system, ensuring timely feedback and providing growth opportunities for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations, ideally in a construction or industrial environment.
    • Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and managing day-to-day HR operations.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in Pakistan.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
    • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse work environment.
  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software (e.g., HRIS systems).
    • Experience working with senior management to devise HR strategies aligned with business goals.
