Agilekode is offering an exciting Business Development Intern opportunity to a driven and dynamic individual looking to kickstart their career in the business development and technology sectors. This internship provides exposure to real-world business strategies, client acquisition, and market research while offering the potential to transition into a full-time role. Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Identify Opportunities: Assist in researching potential business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive company growth.
- Prepare Proposals and Reports: Create compelling proposals, detailed reports, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Client Outreach & Networking: Assist in outreach efforts and follow-ups with potential clients via email, phone calls, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Freelancer Platform Engagement: Help manage company profiles on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, and actively submit proposals on relevant projects to expand Agilekode’s client base.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep the CRM system up to date with relevant data, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies and project deliverables.
- Contribute Ideas: Brainstorm and contribute fresh ideas that can support business growth initiatives, improving company processes and client acquisition strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to liaise with clients and write reports or proposals effectively.
- Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, with a willingness to work independently and anticipate needs.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools for managing client data and coordinating team efforts.
- Education: Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience or coursework related to business development or marketing is a plus.
- Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and contribute to Agilekode’s success, with a focus on long-term professional development.
