Key Responsibilities

  • HR Support:
    Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee management, and administrative tasks.
  • Policy Development:

  • Employee Benefits Management:
    Support the management of employee benefits programs, ensuring all records and systems are maintained and up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    Currently enrolled in or have recently completed coursework in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
