Lattech Solutions is seeking a motivated and eager HR Intern to join their team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
- HR Support:
Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee management, and administrative tasks. - Policy Development:
Help in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to enhance HR operations and employee engagement. - Employee Benefits Management:
Support the management of employee benefits programs, ensuring all records and systems are maintained and up-to-date. - Personnel Management:
Help with employee onboarding, performance management, and employee documentation. - Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the HR team to carry out HR activities and improve workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
Currently enrolled in or have recently completed coursework in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field. - Skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Adaptability:
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
