We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join the team at MKTechnoTrons, SMC-PRIVATE LIMITED. As a part of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting various HR activities, including policy development, employee benefits, and overall personnel management. The internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions in a tech-oriented work environment.

The position allows flexibility with some remote work, but the intern must be based in Lahore for in-office coordination when required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Assist with the daily functions of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and other personnel activities.
  • Employee Benefits: Help maintain records of employee benefits and assist in the management of related HR policies.
  • Policy Development: Support HR management in the formulation, improvement, and enforcement of workplace policies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Foster communication between HR and employees, ensuring clear channels for discussing HR policies, issues, and concerns.
  • Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate and organized employee files and documentation.
  • HR Software: Gain exposure to and assist with HR software management (if applicable).
  • Training Support: Help with organizing HR-related training and development initiatives.
  • General HR Assistance: Support any other HR tasks that arise, including employee engagement and culture-building activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (ongoing or completed).
  • Strong understanding of Human Resource management practices.
  • Good knowledge of HR Policies and employee benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software systems (desirable but not required).
  • Previous internship experience or exposure to HR is an advantage.
