Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Support: Learn and assist with ensuring that all HR practices adhere to company policies and relevant labor regulations.
  • Administrative Assistance: Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, organizing employee files, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Research & Process Improvement: Conduct research on current HR trends and propose innovative solutions to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
  • Performance Management: Support the team in implementing and tracking performance reviews, feedback processes, and goal-setting initiatives.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive HR information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree (MBA/ BBA in HR / Business Administration) in a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Personal Traits:
    • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
    • Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new HR processes and tools.
