Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Recruiters: Work closely with senior technical recruiters and hiring managers to understand the skills and qualifications required for technical roles.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Assist in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and other recruiting tools.
  • Candidate Screening: Help screen resumes and assess applications to identify top candidates for interviews.
  • Interviewing: Learn to conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates’ technical abilities and cultural fit.
  • Onboarding: Support the recruitment process from start to finish, assisting in the coordination of interviews, feedback, and onboarding for selected candidates.
  • Build Candidate Network: Develop and maintain a network of prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Stay Updated: Keep track of industry trends and best practices in the technical recruitment field to improve the recruitment process and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educational Background: Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Interest in Technology: A keen interest in the tech industry and eagerness to learn about technical roles, including developers, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with both candidates and team members.
  • Multitasking and Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy when dealing with candidate assessments and recruitment processes.
