Job Introduction
We are offering a full-time on-site internship for a Customer Support Representative at EWDTech. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving technical issues related to our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer support and the web design and development industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about our services.
- Resolve customer issues related to web design, development, and e-commerce services.
- Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with solutions related to our web-based services.
- Work with the technical team to ensure problems are solved efficiently.
- Customer Communication:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure they feel heard and understood.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved.
- Documentation:
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
- Assist in improving support processes and documentation for common issues.
Qualifications
- Customer Support Skills:
- Strong customer service abilities, with a focus on helping customers and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Basic understanding of web design and development processes is preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction while managing multiple requests.
- Interest in IT and Web Design:
- Interest in the web design and development field is essential.
- Knowledge of e-commerce solutions is a plus.
- Education:
- Relevant coursework or degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- Prior customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
