Incognito Mystery Shopping Services is seeking Mystery Shoppers for a temporary, part-time contract position. This role involves conducting mystery audits for an airline, evaluating service quality and customer experience across various destinations. The audits will be conducted using an app-based process, and successful candidates will provide detailed feedback on service quality, adherence to evaluation criteria, and timely submission of reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Audits: Use app-based tools to assess different aspects of airline services, including the check-in process, onboard experience, and customer service interactions.

- Communicate Findings: Work closely with the organization to share audit findings, offering actionable insights for improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Deadlines: Ensure timely completion and submission of all audit reports.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi, English, Russian, Spanish, French, or Arabic is required for the audit process.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to observe and evaluate service quality with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage audits efficiently while meeting reporting deadlines.
- Travel Requirements: Availability to travel to destinations including Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, with flight ticket reimbursements provided.
