Responsibilities:
- Work closely with game developers, designers, and artists to manage project timelines, workflows, and deadlines.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks for various game development projects.
- Track project milestones and progress, identify potential challenges, and offer practical solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project progression.
- Prepare and maintain clear documentation, including project reports, design briefs, and meeting notes.
- Support project management tools such as Trello, Jira, or Asana to organize tasks, track deliverables, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate in the quality assurance process by coordinating project reviews, feedback, and adjustments during the development cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- A passion for gaming and a solid understanding of game development workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
