Smart Insiders Software Solutions is looking for a motivated and passionate Web Development Intern to join our dynamic development team. This internship provides a great opportunity for fresh Computer Science graduates or students to apply their knowledge and skills in real-world projects. You will receive valuable mentorship and hands-on experience, learning the full software development lifecycle while supporting the team with ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Web Application Development: Help the development team in designing, coding, and maintaining web applications.
- Code Implementation & Debugging: Under the guidance of senior developers, you will contribute to writing and refining code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Bug Troubleshooting: Actively participate in the debugging process, identifying and resolving bugs in existing code.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks.
- Knowledge Sharing: Participate in team discussions, sharing ideas and learning new technologies, coding best practices, and development tools.
- Ad-hoc Assistance: Assist in various other web development-related tasks as needed, including research and documentation.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (completed or in progress).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of web development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others effectively.
- A positive attitude towards learning new skills and solving problems.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work with minimal supervision.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required (but any personal projects or relevant coursework may be beneficial).
Internship Details
- Internship Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: 30,000 to 40,000 PKR per month
- Location: On-site at our Lahore office
- Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Upon successful completion of the internship, there may be a possibility of a permanent position with Smart Insiders Software Solutions, depending on performance.
