We are seeking a C++ Developer with a passion for problem-solving and competitive programming to join our remote team. As a C++ Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing structured programming challenges and reasoning tasks aimed at training and improving Large Language Models (LLMs). This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in software development and logical reasoning to contribute to the growth of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Structured Reasoning Tasks: Develop and create programming challenges to train LLMs, with a focus on multi-step problem-solving.
  • Create Datasets: Generate datasets that improve an LLM’s ability to tackle complex problems with logical and clear explanations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to align task designs with model training objectives.
  • Iterate Task Designs: Refine and enhance the tasks based on LLM performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Maintain Quality: Ensure clarity, consistency, and high-quality standards for all task descriptions and datasets.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 3+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on C++.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in solving programming problems on competitive coding platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, or GitHub.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to break down complex problems into structured, logical steps.
  • English Proficiency: Strong written communication skills for crafting clear and concise task descriptions.
  • Creative & Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated creativity in designing tasks and datasets with strong attention to detail.
  • Track Record: Proven history of advanced problem-solving abilities and contributions on competitive programming platforms.
