Key Responsibilities

As a Frontend Developer at micro1, your primary duties will include:

  • Frontend Development: Design and implement high-quality frontend components for scalable web applications.
  • Optimize User Experience: Enhance the user interface to improve usability, performance, and accessibility.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, backend, and product teams to create innovative features and products.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure applications work seamlessly across different browsers and platforms.
  • Responsive Design: Implement mobile-first, responsive layouts to ensure optimal functionality across various devices.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and adhering to coding standards.
  • Code Reviews: Actively participate in team code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest standards of code quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in Frontend Technologies: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Framework Expertise: Solid experience with React and/or Angular for building modern web applications.
  • Responsive Design: Ability to develop mobile-first, responsive designs that work across multiple devices and screen sizes.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Knowledge of ensuring compatibility across popular web browsers.
  • Remote Work Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration in a distributed team.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and debugging abilities with a sharp attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are beneficial:

  • Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaborative coding.
