Role Description
As a Frontend Developer at PaByte, you will play a key role in developing high-quality, responsive web applications that provide an excellent user experience across various devices. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to implement modern, user-friendly interfaces. Your contributions will ensure that PaByte continues to deliver world-class digital solutions that delight our clients and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Build scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, ES6, and TypeScript.
- Collaboration with Backend Developers: Work closely with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
- UI/UX Feasibility: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into interactive, responsive applications.
- Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance across devices and platforms.
- Clean, Maintainable Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to meet project requirements and ensure future scalability.
- Code Reviews and Feedback: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high standards of code quality within the team.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up to date with emerging technologies, web development best practices, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer, building modern web applications.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6, TypeScript, and ReactJS.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Testing Experience: Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha (discuss during the interview).
