We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Technology Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position plays a crucial role in overseeing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our networks and systems.

Responsibilities

As the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Easy2Employ, LLC, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and cloud solutions.
  • Ensuring system security, monitoring network performance, and implementing updates and patches as needed.
  • Managing IT operations, such as system administration, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges promptly.
  • Supervising the maintenance and expansion of cloud services, including AWS, Azure, and other enterprise-level cloud solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT systems.
  • Leading efforts to automate processes and improve the efficiency of IT operations.
  • Managing hardware and software inventories and ensuring all systems are compliant with company policies and security standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align IT services with organizational needs and business goals.
  • Managing IT support teams, mentoring staff, and improving overall performance and productivity.
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, network security, system administration, and troubleshooting. Experience with both on-premise and cloud environments is highly preferred.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Strong expertise in IT operations, network security, and system administration.
    • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, or similar services.
    • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert [MCSE], or equivalent certifications).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex IT environments.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
