IT Sales Executive – Cloud Services

Vertix IT Solutions Provider is looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Executive – Cloud Services to join our dynamic team. This remote, full-time role is perfect for someone with a passion for IT sales and cloud technologies, who will be instrumental in driving our business growth. You will play a key role in selling and promoting our cloud services, managing client accounts, generating leads, and ensuring strong client communication. Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Lead Generation
    • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, networking, and more.
    • Qualify and prioritize leads, ensuring that potential customers align with Vertix IT’s target audience.
  2. Client Account Management
    • Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, clearly outlining the benefits of Vertix’s cloud services.
  3. Promoting Cloud Services
    • Focus on selling cloud-based solutions, including cloud infrastructure, cloud security platforms, and Microsoft-based technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365, etc.).
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor services, and emerging technologies to better promote Vertix IT services.
  4. Negotiation & Closing
    • Utilize your excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively and on favorable terms.
    • Ensure that sales contracts are executed accurately and according to company standards.
  5. Collaboration & Reporting
    • Work closely with the technical team to align customer requirements with available solutions.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track your sales pipeline, and report progress on a regular basis.
  6. Continuous Learning & Improvement
    • Keep up with the latest developments in IT and cloud solutions, continually improving product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in IT sales, particularly with cloud services or in the IT industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and IT solutions, including services such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and cloud security.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Desired Attributes:
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage your time effectively.
