Glommico is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Excel (advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS), along with the ability to manage projects, ensure timely deliverables, and effectively organize and present data. Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects to ensure they are completed on time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, task delegation, and alignment with project goals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and manage project documentation using Adobe Acrobat. Develop comprehensive project reports and presentations using Excel to visualize data effectively and track progress.
- Data Management: Handle and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other data presentation tools. Ensure data accuracy and present key trends and insights to support decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Suggest and implement improvements to existing workflows and project processes to increase efficiency. Ensure that project management best practices and protocols are adhered to for smooth execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring that project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are communicated clearly and accurately.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-1.5 years in project coordination or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Adobe Acrobat: Proficiency in creating and managing project documentation.
- Excel: Advanced skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data presentation.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and coordination.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project is a plus.
