Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Writing effective, scalable code to ensure smooth system operations.
- Developing and maintaining back-end components to improve system performance.
- Integrating user-facing elements with server-side functionality.
- Testing and debugging software to maintain reliability and security.
- Improving and expanding the functionality of existing systems.
- Implementing security measures to protect data and user information.
- Assessing feature requests and prioritizing tasks in collaboration with the team.
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand user needs and deliver technical solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (BSCS, SE, or equivalent diploma).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Python Developer, with a solid track record in Django.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Django is a must.
- Experience with at least one other popular Python framework (e.g., Flask or Pyramid).
- Strong understanding of object-relational mapping (ORM).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies, including JavaScript and HTML5.
Personal Traits
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Shift Timings and Work Environment
- Location: On-site in Lahore.
- Shift Timings: 10:00 am to 07:00 pm.
