Swift Design Solution is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Architect to join our creative team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in architecture and proficiency in Revit software. As a Revit Architect, you will contribute to the design and planning process, ensuring the creation of high-quality architectural drawings and plans for diverse projects. Responsibilities:
- Architectural Drawings: Create precise and detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and other technical drawings, using Revit software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the accuracy of designs and specifications.
- Interpretation: Convert architectural sketches, concepts, and specifications into comprehensive technical drawings.
- Revisions & Updates: Revise and update drawings as necessary, ensuring they reflect any changes or modifications throughout the project.
- Compliance: Ensure all architectural drawings and plans comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Documentation & Specifications: Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including technical specifications and construction drawings.
- Cost Estimation: Aid in estimating material quantities, costs, and resources needed for the project.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of professional work experience as a Revit Architect or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Revit: Advanced knowledge of Revit software is essential; proficiency with other CAD software is a plus.
- Architectural Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and drafting techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with an ability to produce precise, high-quality drawings.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to understand and communicate effectively in English.
