ARCHI-TEX, an internationally recognized architectural firm based in Lahore, is seeking a skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. With over 25 years of experience in architectural planning, interior design, and urban planning, we specialize in creating thoughtful and sustainable designs for a variety of projects, including civic, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments globally. We are looking for a dedicated architect to contribute to our exciting and diverse portfolio while working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful realization of each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design Development: Transform conceptual designs into detailed construction drawings, models, and specifications.
- Software Proficiency: Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other software tools to create detailed drawings and construction documents.
- Collaboration with External Consultants: Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the integration of their work into the overall design.
- Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes.
- Client Interaction: Present design proposals and progress updates to clients, incorporating their feedback into revised plans.
- Sustainability Integration: Research and incorporate sustainable design principles and technologies into projects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local zoning regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Continual Learning: Stay updated with trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and construction.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably with experience in large-scale projects (hospitality, commercial, etc.).
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in architectural design, construction documentation, and project management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present design ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- BIM Knowledge: Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
