Arbisoft is seeking an experienced and talented Senior JavaScript Developer with React.js expertise to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about creating high-quality, user-centric web applications and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you. This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining office and remote work, allowing you to work alongside passionate developers on cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Build new products and features through rapid iterations, using a build/measure/learn methodology to refine and perfect product features.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with Designers, Developers, Architects, and Product Managers to develop and enhance web and mobile applications that meet user and business needs.
  • User-Centric Design: Design and develop user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience, ensuring intuitive functionality and visually appealing elements.
  • Feature Implementation: Contribute to high-impact projects by translating user/customer needs into elegant, functional user interfaces that align with the company’s product vision.
  • Open-Source Contribution: Actively contribute to and support the open-source community, staying involved in developing standards and best practices within the web development ecosystem.

Good to Have

  • Web and Mobile Streaming: Experience with web and mobile streaming.
  • MV JavaScript Frameworks:* Familiarity with MV frameworks* like Backbone or Ember.
  • Mobile-First RWD: Expertise in implementing mobile-first responsive web design techniques and patterns.
  • Performance Optimization: Understanding of app/browser performance and techniques to optimize for speed and efficiency.
  • HTML5, CSS3, Preprocessors: Demonstrated expertise in writing semantic HTML5, CSS3, and working with preprocessors like Sass and Less.
  • API Development: Experience in developing against RESTful APIs to integrate and enhance application performance.
  • User Experience: Strong attention to detail in implementing visual and interactive designs from UX teams to ensure consistency across products.
  • Version Control Tools: Proficiency in using version control tools, such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial, for managing project workflows.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in JavaScript development with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Proficient in front-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of React.js, including lifecycle methods, hooks, state management, and other core principles.
  • Familiar with web development tools and methodologies for building scalable, performant web applications.
  • Ability to write clean, reusable, and testable code while adhering to best practices and design patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Experience with agile development environments.
