Key Responsibilities

Application Development: Lead the design and development of high-performance web applications using the MEAN stack. Build and maintain robust, scalable solutions.
Architecture and Design: Architect and design application components and services that are modular, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high code quality and adherence to standards.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing applications to ensure speed, efficiency, and scalability.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and sprint planning.
Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, offering guidance on coding practices, problem-solving, and professional development.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring that the application runs smoothly. Implement robust logging and error-handling mechanisms.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in web development and the MEAN stack. Propose and implement improvements in development processes, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with expertise in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
Front-End Development: Proficiency in Angular (2+), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
Back-End Development: Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
Database Management: Expertise in MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, performance tuning, and ensuring database efficiency.
Development Practices: Proficient with Git for version control and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address and solve complex technical challenges.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Technologies: Experience with TypeScript, Docker, or Kubernetes is highly desirable.
Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with cloud deployment strategies.
