Txend Inc, an elite full-cycle software development company, is seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using the MERN technology stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring highly responsive and appealing user interfaces.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, ensuring that both the client and server-side systems are scalable and efficient.
- Integration: Integrate frontend components seamlessly with server-side logic, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
- Data Management: Implement effective data storage solutions using MongoDB and optimize database performance.
- Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality, consistency, and improve team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve bugs, glitches, and performance issues to ensure the applications function optimally.
- Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of software development processes and strategies.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
- Experience: At least 4+ years of professional experience as a MERN stack developer.
- React.js Expertise: Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles for developing dynamic user interfaces.
- Node.js and Express: Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.js, enabling the development of scalable and efficient backend systems.
- Database Knowledge: Strong expertise in MongoDB (including data modeling and querying) and other relevant database technologies.
- API Integration: Proven experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs and web services to enhance communication between various parts of the application.
- Frontend Technologies: Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for seamless frontend-backend integration.
- State Management: Familiarity with state management tools like Redux for effective handling of complex application data.
- Agile Environment: Proficiency in working within an Agile environment, adapting to changing requirements and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and resolve technical issues swiftly.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for articulating technical challenges and solutions clearly.
