Responsibilities

Development and Design

• Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Craft responsive website layouts ensuring optimal performance across all devices.
• Architect scalable and user-friendly websites, integrating databases and servers.
• Conduct performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain live websites.

Client Collaboration

• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and website functionalities.
• Provide comprehensive WordPress training to clients post-deployment.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze website performance and implement enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends and best practices.

Team and Process Collaboration

• Work effectively within a team to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in both front-end and back-end web development.
• Expertise in creating responsive web designs and developing visually appealing interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Proficiency with web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve content and functionality issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
