Key Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy Development:
    • Assist in the development and execution of effective business development strategies to drive company growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaboration with Senior Leadership:
    • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to formulate growth strategies that expand market reach and enhance profitability.
  • Proposal Creation & Presentations:
    • Lead the creation and presentation of detailed, tailored proposals to meet specific client and business needs, showcasing your strategic thinking and presentation skills.
  • Business Solutions Implementation:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective business solutions that meet client requirements and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting:
    • Track sales performance, prepare regular forecasts, and report on key business metrics, pipeline status, and project progress to senior management.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Identify potential markets and customers for expansion by analyzing industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA or related) is a plus.
  • Professional Experience:
    • 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Experience in a similar role within the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry will be highly advantageous.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze and execute growth strategies effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.
    • Experience in creating compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
    • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting sales targets.
