Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Ideation & Execution
- Contribute to the ideation, design, and execution of innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborative Work
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to deliver cohesive creative solutions aligned with brand objectives.
- Market Research & Reports
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights for monthly and bi-weekly reports, ensuring relevance and creativity in all strategies.
- Client Management
- Manage organic social media postings for up to 3 clients, maintaining consistency and engagement across platforms.
- Creative Presentations
- Assist in presenting creative concepts and campaign strategies to internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and strong sell-through.
- Industry Trend Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing practices, and new creative innovations to ensure the team stays ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a creative or marketing role with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Portfolio:
- A portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns, demonstrating your skills in marketing strategy and design.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Proficient in presentation-building tools (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.) and AI content generation tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney.
