Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and maintain outdoor spaces, gardens, and landscapes.
- Oversee plant health, implementing appropriate care strategies such as watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Apply sustainable landscaping techniques to promote environmental responsibility.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of landscaping design and execution.
- Monitor plant growth and adjust care strategies to ensure healthy, thriving gardens.
- Stay updated on horticulture trends, techniques, and tools to innovate and improve practices.
Qualifications
- Degree: A degree in Horticulture or a related field is required.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in plant care, landscaping, and garden maintenance.
- Skills:
- Creativity and attention to detail in designing and maintaining outdoor spaces.
- Knowledge of plant species, soil types, irrigation systems, and pest management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members.
