IAM (Identity and Access Management) Analyst

HR Force Int. is looking for a skilled IAM (Identity and Access Management) Analyst to join our team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. As part of a growing talent management company, the IAM Analyst will oversee the organization’s identity management processes, ensuring secure user provisioning, role assignments, and access controls. This is a full-time on-site position that will involve collaboration with IT and security teams to safeguard access control protocols and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The IAM Analyst will be responsible for:

  • User Provisioning & Role Management: Manage user accounts, ensuring correct permissions and access roles are assigned promptly.
  • Access Control: Implement and monitor effective access control procedures across internal platforms to ensure authorized access.
  • Security Monitoring: Actively monitor and evaluate security measures related to user identities and access points, ensuring compliance with security policies and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with IT and security teams to review system access protocols, troubleshoot identity management-related issues, and ensure continuous system security.
  • Compliance and Standards: Maintain compliance with organizational security policies and external regulatory standards related to identity and access management.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate documentation of user provisioning activities, audit trails, and policy updates.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any user access issues or security-related problems promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM) Knowledge: Proven expertise in IAM concepts, practices, and tools, particularly in user provisioning, role management, and access controls.
  • Security Awareness: Understanding of security monitoring techniques and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities to analyze access control issues and resolve technical challenges.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly preferred.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, especially in high-pressure situations.
