Software Finder is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to help drive the success of our organization through continuous learning and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- LMS Administration: Serve as the lead administrator of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the system runs smoothly. Handle user accounts, permissions, and configurations.
- System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot any technical issues within the LMS and provide support to users.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Generate detailed reports on system usage, learning metrics, and outcomes; assess effectiveness and engagement.
- Training Needs Identification: Work closely with department heads to identify skills gaps and learning needs. Develop programs to fill those gaps.
- Program Design & Development: Design comprehensive learning programs such as onboarding, technical, leadership, and soft skills training.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and other resources to facilitate learning.
- Training Management: Coordinate both internal and external training resources and facilitators. Manage the day-to-day operations of learning and development initiatives.
- Evaluation & Improvement: Analyze the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Use data to continuously improve the learning experience.
- Budget Management: Oversee learning program budgets to ensure that training is delivered within cost-effective frameworks.
- Strategic Support: Assist the VP of Learning & Development in strategic planning and support the implementation of organizational learning initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a learning and development, training, or similar role, with significant experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Technical Skills: Advanced technical proficiency with LMS platforms and training technologies. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and video editing will be an advantage.
- Instructional Design: Proven ability to design and implement engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with an ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical Abilities: Experience in analyzing learning effectiveness, gathering feedback, and utilizing data to optimize training programs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Presentation Skills: Highly proficient in delivering presentations and training sessions.
- Additional Skills (optional): Experience writing blogs or articles for L&D content, tracking international trends in the learning domain, and designing audio-visual training materials.
