Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to ensure the timely delivery of products aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee and manage the entire production cycle to achieve optimal resource allocation.
- Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and operations, to streamline processes.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to adapt to production needs and dynamic market demands.
- Quality and Efficiency Management:
- Ensure all operations comply with established quality standards and efficiency benchmarks.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address unexpected challenges in production cycles.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the PPC team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10-12 years of proven experience in production planning and control, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of production workflows, resource management, and supply chain principles within a retail setting.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in relevant tools/software for production planning and data analysis (e.g., ERP systems).
