Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and scalability within the company.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and optimize workflows across various departments.
  • Lead and mentor teams, ensuring that company goals are met effectively.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and set clear goals for teams, ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee logistics, finance, project management, and other key operational aspects.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and oversee the company’s presence on all major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly to improve engagement, reach, and customer interaction.
  • Create engaging content for social media posts using tools like Canva (or similar).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage teams successfully.
  • Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of business operations such as logistics, finance, and project management.
  • Proficiency in social media management and creating content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
