We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Project Manager to join our innovative team at HyperGrowth. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving project timelines, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. The role requires a solid foundation in project management and product management principles, as well as the ability to work both in-person and remotely as needed.


Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with key stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor & Report: Regularly monitor project progress and performance, providing timely updates and addressing any issues or delays.
  • Innovation & Excellence: Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within project teams.
  • Optimization: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for project optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Manage Blockers: Identify and resolve project roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Tools Management: Utilize project management tools and software such as JIRA, Trello, Coda, and Notion.
  • Adaptability: Work split shifts, accommodating both Pakistan and US hours as needed.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in Project Management or Product Management.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficient in setting project timelines, defining goals, and addressing blockers.
  • Organization & Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills with an ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Coda, and Notion.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Ability to work split hours aligning with both Pakistan and US time zones when required.
