As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing all service operations at Suzuki Mini Motors. This includes coordinating service appointments, handling customer inquiries, optimizing service processes, and supervising the service staff. You will ensure that customer satisfaction remains a top priority while leading continuous improvements within the service department. You will also manage day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth running of the service facility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Service Operations: Manage all aspects of service delivery, ensuring high-quality services are provided to customers.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, guide, and train service team members to ensure effective performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints, address service-related issues, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high customer retention rates.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate appointments, manage workloads, and ensure service operations run efficiently.
  • Quality Monitoring: Ensure that all service processes meet high-quality standards and implement improvements where needed.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels of service-related parts and supplies, ensuring proper stock availability.
  • Reporting: Maintain service records, monitor performance metrics, and report on service quality and department performance to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) with 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
    • OR DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) with 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience: A solid track record of experience in automotive service management with a strong focus on service operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Skills:
    • Strong service coordination and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships and lead a team effectively.
    • Proficient in leadership and decision-making to guide the team in handling challenges.
    • Multitasking capabilities with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Other Skills: Knowledge of automotive service practices, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
