Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager at Rozee.pk, your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Staff Management and Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets, promote teamwork, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper handling of merchandise. Implement systems like FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) where applicable.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure team members meet or exceed expectations in sales and customer service.
  • Labor Staff Management: Coordinate with labor and staff for store maintenance, inventory stocking, and product display.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage, train, and motivate staff.
    • Knowledge of inventory management best practices.
    • Experience in operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
    • Understanding of inventory methods, particularly FIFO and LIFO, and the ability to implement them.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.
  • Education: A relevant degree or certification is a plus.
