Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following:
- Experience:
- At least 1-3 years of progressive experience in retail leadership, preferably in a store management role.
- Proven ability to manage a team and achieve sales goals in a retail environment.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of retail operations.
