Shopin Ecom is a leading eCommerce solutions provider specializing in platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. Founded in 2018, we offer a suite of tailored services aimed at optimizing brand growth, boosting sales, and driving results. We are currently seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to oversee our TikTok Shop operations, driving growth and optimizing performance across multiple brand accounts. If you have hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop Ads and a strong track record in eCommerce, we’d love to have you join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Operations: Oversee all aspects of TikTok Shop Seller Central, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of product listings, inventory, and customer transactions.
- Strategize for Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase sales, expand brand presence, and consistently hit performance KPIs.
- Optimize Advertising: Create and manage TikTok Shop advertising campaigns, leveraging Ad Center and GMV Max Ads to optimize performance and achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor KPIs: Regularly track important metrics like Shop Score, sales data, and campaign performance. Identify opportunities for optimization and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with Teams: Coordinate with internal departments and international teams (especially from the US) to ensure alignment on goals, marketing strategies, and sales plans.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing TikTok Shop Ads and Seller Central. A deep understanding of TikTok eCommerce operations is essential. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills are a must, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both local and international teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using TikTok Shop Seller Central, Ad management tools, and campaign optimization platforms.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive, results-driven attitude, with a sharp ability to identify challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to track, interpret, and analyze performance data, making strategic, data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance and overall sales.
