TekByt is looking for a highly skilled HubSpot Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimizing our HubSpot ecosystem, including CMS, CRM, email workflows, and integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions within HubSpot.
In this role, you will apply your expertise in HubSpot CMS, CRM management, and HubL to deliver tailored solutions that enhance our marketing and sales processes. Responsibilities
- Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain websites using HubSpot CMS, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Module & Template Creation: Develop and manage custom modules, templates, and themes within the HubSpot ecosystem to meet business needs.
- Email Workflows & Automations: Create, manage, and optimize email workflows, sequences, and automation to support lead generation and marketing campaigns.
- CRM Integration: Integrate HubSpot CRM with external tools to improve workflow efficiency and streamline business processes.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve issues in HubSpot CMS and CRM, ensuring technical issues are fixed efficiently.
- Customization: Use HubL (HubSpot’s coding language) to create custom functionalities and develop unique features for the HubSpot ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to implement campaigns, deliver solutions, and improve lead generation efforts.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor performance and suggest improvements for HubSpot-based tools, workflows, and websites to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3+ years as a HubSpot Developer or a similar role, with proven experience in HubSpot CMS, CRM, and Marketing Hub.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in HubL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
- Automation & Workflows: Experience in creating and managing email workflows and marketing automations within HubSpot.
- Integration & App Development: Familiarity with API integrations and custom app development within HubSpot.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong debugging skills, capable of troubleshooting complex technical issues effectively.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization to enhance searchability and user experience.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring the alignment of goals and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: HubSpot certifications for CMS, Marketing Hub, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with Additional Hubs: Familiarity with HubSpot Sales Hub or Service Hub is a plus.
- Design Tools: Basic experience with graphic design tools like Adobe XD or Figma for customization and design integration.
